I’m Nikki, a Virtual Assistant working remotely from my home office in the North West of England, providing administration support to sole traders, small and medium sized businesses.

​

After gaining my HND in Business and Finance I embarked on a 20-year career working in a sales administration/customer service role, gaining all the skills required to provide an excellent service as a Virtual Assistant.  

 

I had a break to work in education to fit around raising our two young children, but after a time realised how much I love administration and organisation, so decided to start my Virtual Assistant business in early 2021.

Whether its general admin, processing invoices and receipts, inputting data, or designing marketing literature, I am eager to help you run your business to its maximum potential and get rid of those long to-do lists!

I am conscientious (bordering on being a perfectionist!) organised, reliable, have a strong work ethic and love to learn new skills and packages.

In short, Nikki Allmans Virtual Assistant services have literally changed my life!

 

As a business we have seen steady growth but I have found it difficult to take the business to the next level. However, in just a few hours a week Nikki has taken away many of the ‘hats’ I was wearing and allowed me to manage the day to day running of the business, safe in the knowledge that all of things that I usually struggle to have time to do are being carried out to an amazing standard.

 

In just over as month she has turned my social media platform from almost none existent to amazing. Engaging with the local community and increasing visibility, interaction has risen exponentially. She has designed me an amazing website and fantastic flyers, and has also carried out sales calls to clients with fantastic results.

Nikki has also created a much needed reach out to my customers to get feedback by doing regular customer calls, to which she gives me concise feedback.

 

Nikki is so organised she gets through enough work in a few hours that would probably take me a week. She’s regularly given me updates to where we are with our current market drives and is always planning ahead to the next one.

 

In turn I am busier that I have ever been and I put that largely down to the work Nikki has done to market and organise my business. I honestly have no idea what I would do without her now.
